Mutton Koyla Karahi Recipe
Ingredients:

- Boiled Mutton = 1.5 KG
- Tomatoes = 5 (Chopped)
- Oil = one cup
- Salt = to taste
- Ginger/Garlic Paste = 3 tbsp
- Coal = 2
- Foil Paper Or Bread Piece (For Smoke)
- Green Chillies Paste = 6
- Green Chilles = 5-6 (For Garnishing)
- Fresh Coriander/Ginger (For Garnishing)
Method:
For Boiling Mutton take a seperate pot add mutton,salt and boil it for 1-2 hours depending.
- Start by heating oil.When oil is heated add crushed ginger garlic and mix it.
- When ginger/garlic is stir-fryed add 5 tomatoes and stir fry it.
- When tomatoes becomes soft/mild and turns into a paste add boiled mutton and stir fry for further 5 minutes.
- Then add green chillie paste,garam masala powder,dried fenugreek leaves and stir fry till the curry drys up.
- When it is dryed add my homemade karahi masala. Mutton Koyla Karahi is Ready To Be Served!
