Mutton Koyla Karahi Recipe

Ingredients:


    • Boiled Mutton = 1.5 KG
    • Tomatoes = 5 (Chopped)
    • Oil = one cup
    • Salt = to taste
    • Ginger/Garlic Paste =  3 tbsp
    • Coal = 2
    • Foil Paper Or Bread Piece (For Smoke)
    • Green Chillies Paste = 6
    • Green Chilles = 5-6 (For Garnishing)
    • Fresh Coriander/Ginger (For Garnishing)

Method:


For Boiling Mutton take a seperate pot add mutton,salt and boil it for 1-2 hours depending.

  • Start by heating oil.When oil is heated add crushed ginger garlic and mix it.
  • When ginger/garlic is stir-fryed add 5 tomatoes and stir fry it.
  • When tomatoes becomes soft/mild and turns into a paste add boiled mutton and stir fry for further 5 minutes.
  • Then add green chillie paste,garam masala powder,dried fenugreek leaves and stir fry till the curry drys up.
  • When it is dryed add my homemade karahi masala. Mutton Koyla Karahi is Ready To Be Served!
