Ginger Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:

- Chicken = Half KG (Boneless)
- Capsicum = 1 (Chopped In Cubes)
- Onion = 1 (Normal Size Chopped)
- Spring Onion = 1 cup (Green Part Only)
- Soy Sauce = 2 tsp
- White Vinegar = 1 tbsp
- Ginger = 2 inch piece (Chopped In Match Sticks Size)
- Green Chillies And Parsley (For Garnishing)
- Oil = Half Cup
- Black Pepper = 1 tsp
- Salt = to taste
- Chicken Powder = 1 tbsp /Chicken Cube = 1
- Garlic = 7-8 Cloves (Chopped)
- Tomato Paste or Tomato Pury = 4 tsp
Method:
- Start by heating one cup oil on a pan/pot. Then add Chopped garlic,onion let it slightly mild.
- When garlic,onion are mild add chicken and cook it till it further changes color to white.
- Then add salt,black pepper,soya sauce,white vinegar,tomato paste/pury,ginger and chicken powder and stir all of it for a bit
- Now add Green Bell Pepper and spring onion cook it for a litte bit while mixing. Ginger Chicken Is ready to be served!
For Garnishing use parsley,ginger and spring onion.
