Chicken Tikka Masala Recipe
Ingredients:
- Onion = 2 (Paste)
- Tomatoes = 3 (Paste)
- Yogurt one cup
- Lemon Juice = 3 Lemons(BIG)
- Black pepper half tsp
- Cumin seeds powder = one tsp
- Garam masala = half tsp
- Salt according to taste
- Red chilli powder = one and half tsp (Depending on your taste)
- Orange food color (Optional)
- Tikka masala = 1 tbsp (Optional)
- Ginger/garlic paste with 2 green chillies = 2 tbsp
- Oil = 7-8 tbsp or 1 cup
- Chicken = 1 Kg (Big Pieces)
Method:
Start by adding all ingridients on a bowl with yogurt mix alltogether.Then add chicken pieces on the mix and coat the masala/mix on the chicken pieces and leave it for 2 hours or more for marination.After marination take a pen add oil pre-heat it for 1-2 minutes then add grinded onion paste,tomato paste one by one and cook it further till the curry drys up while stir-frying.Add marinated chicken when the curry drys up and cook it further till curry drys a bit more and chicken is cooked with it.Chicken tikka masala is ready to serve!
