Beef Qorma/Korma Recipe

Ingredients:


  • Beef = Half Kg
  • Yogurt = 250 Grams
  • Fried Onions = 6
  • Ginger/garlic paste = 4 tbsp
  • Oil one cup
  • Salt according to taste Or Half tsp
  • Red chilli powder = 1 tsp
  • Garam masala = 1 tbsp
  • Bay Leaves = 2
  • Coriander powder = 2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds powder = 1 tbsp
  • Green cardamom = 5 tbsp

  • Method:


    Start by adding one cup oil on a pot.heat the oil, Then add four to five green cardamom, add half garam masala(2 bay leaves,5 cloves,1 pinch white cumin seeds)then cook it further more 1-2 minutes Then add half kg beef and stir-fry for further 2 minutes.After 2 minutes add 4 tbsp ginger/garlic paste and stir-fry for 2 minutes.Then add red chilli powder 1 tsp,coriander powder 1 tsp,Salt according your taste,white cumin seeds powder 1 tsp and add 2 glass of water and let the meat cook for further 20 Minutes (In Pressure Cooker) 1-2 Hours (In Normal Pot). Yogurt/Onion Paste:- In a bowl add yogurt,fried onion,1tbsp garam masalaand make it a paste. Add that paste in the qorma along with 1 tsp of kewra water and stir fry it for further 2-3 minutes.Beef qorma is ready to serve!
