Chicken Liver Ketchup Karahi Recipe

Ingredients:


    • Chicken Liver = 1 Kg
    • Red chilli flakes = 1/2 tsp
    • Salt = 1/2 tsp
    • Black Pepper = 1 tsp
    • Chaat Masala = 1 tsp
    • Cumin Seeds = 1 tsp (Crushed)
    • Ginger/garlic paste = 1 tsp
    • Garlic = 1 tsp
    • Onion = 1 (Large Size Roughly Chopped)
    • Oil = 1 cup
    • Green Chillies = 3-4 (Finely Chopped , For Garnishing)
    • Lemon = One (Garnishing)
    • Ketchup = 250 Grams
    • Tomatoes = 2 (Normal Size)

Method:


Startt by adding 1 cup oil in a pen, Pre-heat the oil , After oil is heated add chopped garlic , chicken liver and fry it for a little bit. When Chicken liver color changes add cumin seeds , one tsp chicken power , crushed red chilli flakes one teaspoon, Black pepper one teaspoon, salt according to taste , ginger/garlic paste 1 teaspoon, 2 tomatoes roughly chopped, stir it a little and leave it cooking(covered) for 2-3 minutes so tomatoes are dissolved in the gravey. after 2-3 minutes add onions , tomatoe Ketchup and cook it till the gravey drys up mix it well. then add chaat masala. when masala is mashed and dryed up add one lemon juice , green chillies , fresh coriander Sprinkled on top.
