Beef Nihari Recipe

Ingredients:


    • Beef = 1 kg
    • Beef bones = 1/2 Kg
    • Onion = 1 (Big Chopped)
    • Clarrified butter (Ghee) = 1 Cup
    • Nihari Masala
    • Garlic paste,water = 1 cup, 4tbsp
    • Chickpeas flour = 3 tbsp
    • White flour = 1 tbsp
    • Green Masala For Garnishing (Green Chillies + Ginger + Fresh Green Coriander)

Method:


Start by adding clarrified butter(ghee) on a pen/pot melt it. Then add beef and fry it while stirring for 5 minutes. Then add garlic paste, nihari masala and stirfry the mix till it cooks.After stirfrying add enough water that the meat is sink into it and let it cook covered for 5-6 hours depending on the meat on low flame. When meat is fully cooked remove tar layer and save it in a container to add it later at the end when nihari is fully completed.Take a bowl and mix chickpeas flour + white flour dissolve the mix so it becomes thick add that mixture in the nihari while stirring so it doesn’t makes lumps leave it cooking for further 15 minutes after mixing is completed. Now add the tar layer saved in a container at the end leave it simmer for 5 minutes. Beef Nihari is Ready To Serve!
